Kapralova Society Journal: A Journal of Women in Music will become an annual journal beginning in 2025. The deadline for receipt of articles and reviews will be August 15 of each year. All submissions are reviewed by an editorial board. The editors reserve the right to revise and/or shorten articles and reviews to conform to the requirements of the journal. The publisher reserves the right to distribute the journal in any medium. Guidelines for contributors: Send your article and a short bio by e-mail to the publisher: society[at]kapralova[dot]org. The text should be single-spaced and without any special formatting. Use endnotes (with Arabic numerals) instead of footnotes. For questions of style, consult the Chicago Manual of Style and the style sheet Writing about Music by D. Kern Holoman. Photographs and music examples should be submitted in digital format (jpg, eps, png, and tiff, but no pdf). Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material.
